First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I truly do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Cheers!

I guess just grab a sketch pad and start jotting down notes, eventually you’ll get an idea or two. Or you could read an excerpt from one of your favourite books — that might be an inspiration. I don’t know much about the writing process myself, so I don’t know how much I can help! : )
